Your monthly membership includes unrestricted, transparent, open access to Connie Porter, NP-C. She is just a call, text, email, or same-day/next-day office visit away. There is no one between you and your provider. She is the one that answers the phone, not an answering service.

Diagnostic testing is important in healthcare. So, we have reached out to local labs and imaging centers to ensure you get the lowest cash price possible. We do not stock medications in our office at this time, but we are working to do this in the near future and give them to you at wholesale cost. Until then, prescriptions are sent to your pharmacy of choice. Once we begin to stock them, we'll let you know the price before you decide on anything with PCC.

This is good news! We want you to be healthy. We strive to keep you that way. But every once in a while, viruses get even the healthiest of us. This is the beauty of direct primary care. We are here when you need us. Usually with a same-day appointment either in the office or via telehealth. No more expensive urgent care visits.

We hate to see you go, but understand that change happens. We ask that you give us 30 days to tie up loose ends and transfer care to your next provider.
