Frequently Asked Questions?

  • This is the beauty of DPCs! Our memberships are based on simple, monthly fees. No referrals needed and we have availability right now. Not just because we’re new, but because this is how DPCs work. We are not required to have hundreds of patients like a fee-for-service model.

    Adults 18-29: $45/mo

    Adults 30-55: $55/mo

    Adults 56+: $65/mo

A one time registration fee for all individual memberships: $49

  • You can have any insurance you prefer. The only thing is we do not bill your insurance at all. That means we have the freedom to sit and truly work on your health goals and be together on your health journey. Health insurance adds headaches for patients and practices alike. By cutting out the middleman, we are able to keep fees low while providing exceptional care. We always recommend having some type of insurance coverage for specialists or emergencies, but we do not need it here at Porter Care Clinic.

  • We are planning to open one clinic in Cardington, Ohio, but members can get in touch with our practitioner from anywhere via text message, email, video calls, etc. We encourage our patients to call, text, or email with any and all questions or concerns. Your mode of communication goes directly to your provider.

  • Communication is necessary for everyone to be on the same page. We strive to keep in contact with other providers by email, fax, or phone calls. We welcome the same from any provider.

Since you are in the driver seat of your own health, you will likely have opportunity to bridge any gaps. We are here to help.
