New Beginnings

I love creating things. Though I don’t consider myself a very creative person, I am pretty good copying something. Give me inspiration and my mind goes 100 mph. (Ask my husband.) Nothing I’ve ever created in the past has held as much risk as starting my own medical practice. But here we are, high risk and all, creating a medical practice from scratch.

I am one month into planning and I’ve made good progress with the help of so many people. The first person is my husband, of course. The day I asked if I could open a clinic he responded with a strategy. A plan to move in phases.

Phase 1: Legal & Foundational Setup

Phase 2: Business Administration Setup.

And so on. I was able to get phase 1 done quickly to my surprise.

Just today, my sister and brother-in-law picked up a gently used exam table for me. Most of all, I see God’s hand in so many steps guiding me.

It hasn’t always been easy, I suspect it will get harder, but it’s been a lot of fun planning for and dreaming about launch day. Would you like to follow my journey to Grand Opening? Check back often or follow me on Facebook.
